Code of Conduct
The following is a code of conduct. I feel every information professional, writer or blogger should have a code that he or she adhears to. I will do my best to follow the code laid out below.
· I will be honest and fair in gathering, reporting and interpreting information.
· I will make certain that content, blog entries, quotations, headlines, photos and all other content are accurate
· I will never publish information that I know is not accurate. If I am not sure or if the item is purposely fictitious I will include a statement inside or at the end of the item.
·I will always show compassion and understand for other people during the research and writing process.
·I will also be cautious when dealing with criminal matters especially when identifying suspects and victims, Juvenile or adult.
·I will disclose conflict of interest, resist favoritism toward advertisers and be cautious of accepting such favors.
·I will admit if a mistake has been made and I will correct it as quickly as possible.
·I will not engage in lurid or contrived gossip, intolerance, or indifference.
·I will conduct myself, my writing, and my business from a Christian perspective.
